Terms & Policies

The terms that govern use of this website and how appointments and consultations work. Refunds and cancellations, and the medical disclaimer that applies to every treatment page and article, each have a page of their own — linked at the foot of this one.

Last updated: 18 August 2026

1.Using this website

By browsing Hem Homoeopathic Clinic, submitting a form, or booking an appointment, you accept the terms on this page. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site — call the clinic on +91 99790 49222 instead.

Consultations at Hem Homoeopathic Clinic are conducted by qualified BHMS homoeopathic physicians. Appointments must be scheduled in advance. Follow-up visits are recommended as per constitutional assessment.

2.Appointments and consultations

  • An appointment request submitted online is a request, not a confirmed booking. It is confirmed once the clinic contacts you by phone, WhatsApp or email.
  • Consultation slots run to a schedule. Classical case-taking is unhurried, so please arrive on time; arriving late may mean a shortened session or rescheduling.
  • Please bring previous prescriptions, investigation reports and a list of medicines you currently take. Incomplete history limits what we can prescribe safely.
  • We ask that you inform us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. The notice we ask for, and what happens to any advance paid, are set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
  • Where a consultation is conducted by phone or video, it follows the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines applicable in India, and the physician may decline to prescribe remotely and ask you to attend in person where that is clinically appropriate.

3.Treatment outcomes

Response to homoeopathic treatment varies with constitution, the duration and severity of the illness, other medication being taken, and how closely dosage and dietary instructions are followed. We do not guarantee cure, a fixed timeline, or a specific result, and we will tell you plainly when a complaint is better referred to conventional or surgical care. Testimonials and case notes published on this site describe individual experiences and are not a prediction of your own.

4.Your responsibilities

  • Give accurate, complete information about your symptoms, history and current medication — including anything you are taking from another system of medicine.
  • Submit forms only with your own contact details, or with the consent of the person you are booking for.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to this site, its administration area or its data, and do not submit automated or spam enquiries.
  • Do not use the enquiry forms to report an emergency — they are not monitored around the clock.

5.Content and intellectual property

Text, clinical articles, photographs, the clinic name and the logo on this site belong to Hem Homoeopathic Clinic unless credited otherwise. You are welcome to read, print and share pages for personal, non-commercial use with attribution and a link back. Republishing content commercially, or presenting it as your own clinical material, requires our written permission.

7.Website availability and accuracy

We work to keep clinic timings, doctor availability, fees and treatment information current, but the site is provided on an “as is” basis and may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or contain an out-of-date detail. Please confirm timings and availability by phone before travelling to the clinic.

8.Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from the use of this website or from services provided by the clinic is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Surat, Gujarat. The practice is conducted by physicians qualified in homoeopathy and registered as required under applicable Indian law.

9.Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the clinic's services change. The revision date at the top of this page reflects the current version; continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.

Questions about this page?

Write to us and we will respond within a reasonable period. For anything concerning your medical records or a request to correct or erase your data, please contact us in writing so we have a record of the request.
